I REALLY don’t want to go back to work after we have the baby, which isn’t until Feb but we are planning ahead. Day Care will be about 500-600 a month which still leaves about 1100 take home for me a month. That is a lot of $$ to just give up. We live in Tx obviously by my name so cost of living is pretty cheap, but I just don’t think we can pay our mortgage and all other bills on my husbands 56,000 salary. He is an Engineer in Training, so for those of you familiar it is like an apprenticeship. In 2 yrs he automatically gets bumped up to over 60,000, but what can I do now? All those home based jobs with investment required make me extremely nervous. I need a steady set amount coming in. Help if you can. Thanks for all answers.
