How can I go about finding a legit work at home job?

I need a 2nd job, work at home is the only thing I can do being at home with my 3 kids at night. I am also looking for another full time job in the medical field, but I cannot find anything. I feel like I’ve looked everywhere on the internet and newspapers. Is there any other place I can look?
